Detailed Terms & Guidelines
1. Cancellation Window & Eligibility
We understand that plans can change. You can request a 100% full cancellation for any standard in-stock order at zero cancellation fee, provided the request is submitted before the order has been packaged and dispatched by our logistics partner.
Once an order has been assigned an AWB tracking number and handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled in transit. However, you may choose to reject delivery at your doorstep or initiate a standard return within 7 days of delivery.

3. Refund Processing for Cancelled Orders
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the entire order amount (including any shipping charges) is refunded back to the original source method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet).
Refunds are initiated immediately by our billing team. Depending on your banking institution, the credit will reflect in your account within 5–7 banking business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no payment has been made, so the order is simply voided in our fulfillment system with no financial transaction required.
4. Customized, Engraved & Bespoke Order Exceptions
Personalized name necklaces, laser-engraved rings, and bespoke commissioned pieces enter the physical casting and CAD fabrication pipeline within 12 hours of order placement.
Custom and engraved orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, raw materials have been cut and forged, and cancellation is no longer possible.
5. Atelier Cancellations & Force Majeure
In rare instances, Noor-e-Chandi reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to: item failing strict pre-dispatch metallurgical purity inspection, courier unserviceability to remote areas, or inadvertent technical pricing anomalies.
If your order is cancelled by our atelier, you will be notified immediately via WhatsApp and Email, and a 100% full refund will be processed immediately.
