Every Noor-e-Chandi creation is crafted with obsessive metallurgical care. Standard in-stock orders are processed, hand-buffed with polishing compound, and packed within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation.

Personalized name pendants, custom-engraved pieces, and bespoke made-to-order creations require 7–12 business days of hand-forging by our master karigars before dispatch.

We partner with tier-1 air logistics providers (Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Xpressbees) to ensure swift, insured transit across all serviceable Indian pincodes.

All prepaid and COD orders totaling ₹2,000 or more qualify for 100% complimentary standard insured shipping automatically at checkout.

For domestic orders below ₹2,000, a nominal flat express shipping charge of ₹99 is applied to cover courier air transit and insurance.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is supported across 19,000+ Indian postal codes for orders up to ₹10,000.

To safeguard against automated order spam, COD orders undergo an automated WhatsApp or telephonic verification before dispatch from our Daryaganj vault.

As soon as your shipment is scanned out of our atelier, you will receive an automated tracking notification on your registered Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

You can also monitor live transit milestones directly from the 'My Orders' section of your Noor-e-Chandi account.

All jewellery travels inside an outer tamper-evident, sealed security polybag that encloses our signature midnight-black velvet keepsake box. If the outer courier seal appears torn, cut, or resealed with clear tape, please do NOT accept the parcel.

International orders are dispatched via DHL Express or FedEx International Priority and generally arrive within 7–12 business days depending on destination customs clearance.

International customs duties, local import taxes, and VAT (if applicable) are determined by the destination country's customs authority and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.
