All product prices listed on our website are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

While we strive for 100% catalog pricing accuracy, inadvertent technical errors may occur. In the rare event an item is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical anomaly, Noor-e-Chandi reserves the right to decline or cancel the affected order, issuing an immediate full refund.

Receipt of an automated order confirmation via email or SMS signifies that your order request has been received; it does not constitute final binding acceptance.

Order acceptance and contract completion between you and Noor-e-Chandi occur upon physical dispatch of the merchandise from our vault and generation of the logistics AWB tracking number.

All visual trademarks, logos, artistic jewellery CAD models, custom filigree patterns, editorial photography, high-fashion campaign videos, and website copy belong exclusively to Noor-e-Chandi.

Reproduction, commercial distribution, public display, or imitation of our jewellery designs without express prior written consent from Noor-e-Chandi is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement of copyright and design patents.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Noor-e-Chandi and its silversmiths shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Our maximum aggregate financial liability for any proven claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the exact purchase price paid by the customer for the specific product in dispute.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes, controversies, or legal claims arising out of or related to these terms or purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts in New Delhi, India.
