We want you to be absolutely enchanted by every jewel you receive from Noor-e-Chandi. If a product does not meet your expectations or you need a different size, you may initiate a return or exchange request within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, security hologram labels intact, and returned in the signature velvet vault box with the authenticity authenticity card and tax invoice.

To adhere to strict international hygiene and metallurgical security standards, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered (unless received in a verified damaged or defective state):

Every order is inspected by three master silversmiths before leaving our vault. However, in the improbable event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect piece:

Please notify our concierge within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video. Once verified, we will immediately initiate a priority doorstep replacement or 100% full refund.

1. Initiate Request: Contact our VIP Concierge via WhatsApp (+91 96547 22951) or email (noorechandi@gmail.com) with your Order ID, reason for return, and photos of the piece.

2. Reverse Pickup: Once approved, our logistics partner will schedule a complimentary doorstep pickup within 24–48 hours. Please pack the jewellery securely in its original vault box.

3. Quality Verification: Upon arrival at our Daryaganj atelier, our gemologists inspect the piece for purity hallmark, stone security, and original condition.

4. Immediate Settlement: Your refund or exchange dispatch is processed within 24–48 hours of quality clearance.

Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited back to the original source bank account, credit card, debit card, or net-banking portal within 5–7 banking business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are transferred directly to your verified UPI ID or Bank Account via IMPS/NEFT within 24–48 hours of inspection approval.

Store Credit Option: You may also opt for instant Noor-e-Chandi Store Credit with an additional 5% bonus credit for your next purchase.

If you ordered an incorrect ring or bracelet size, we offer a one-time complimentary size exchange for eligible designs, subject to stock availability.

If the replacement item has a higher price, you may pay the difference online. If lower, the balance will be refunded or credited to your account.

Due to cross-border customs regulations, international orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in verified cases of transit damage or manufacturing defect reported within 48 hours.

Customs duties, local import taxes, and international shipping charges are non-refundable.
